Beaureale Investments is a French/Dutch company specialized in all aspects related to the hospitality real estate market. The management team of Beaureale Investments has collectively been operating successfully for more than 50 years at the highest level in the tourism industry in France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany.

Due to the extensive in-dept knowledge of Beaureale's specialists, they master all aspects of the real estate value chain, from initiative to design, development, realization and operation.

Within the team there is also specialized legal knowledge and experience in all agreements and legal processes arising in the industry.

Beaureale Investments is licensed as investment manager (AIFMD) to structure and manage (real estate) funds through its subsidiary Beaureale Investments France SAS, which is supervised by the French Financial Markets Authority (Autorité des Marchés Financiers, AMF). The French license can be used through the European passport to structure and manage funds within the European Monetary Union. Beaureale Investments France SAS is registered with the AMF under number GP-21000003.
