Our mission is to initiate sustainable and solid real estate investments for both professional and private investors. This involves putting together real estate portfolios with sound and reliable return expectations. We also advise investors and operators on both strategic and operational levels and implement strategies for them to increase the value of their real estate through sale-and-leaseback, (re)financing, renovation and or expansion.
Our vision is to further integrate the world of investment and tourism. We provide support and create opportunities for a wide audience in investing in selected, high-quality and sustainable real estate projects and developments in the leisure industry. Through Beaureale Investments France SAS which is licensed (AIFMD) to structure and manage (real estate) funds you can also (in)directly invest in our selected real estate projects.
