Successful launch of investment fund BRI CP Eifel
The BRI CP Eifel project has been open for subscription for two weeks and is already more than 25% filled. The Fund is investing in the completely renovated central facilities including roads, grounds, green areas and 33 newly built cottages at Center Parcs Park Eifel by providing a mortgage loan.
The property is leased by Center Parcs through a 15-year fully net lease. From the proceeds of the lease, the issuer will pay interest on the units and make repayments.
Characteristics
- 6.0% to 8.5% interest on an annual basis
- Choice of maturity: 6, 12 and/or 15 years
- Fund value/issue: €9,500,000
- Minimum participation: €100,000
- 25% of the fund already filled!
