Roel van de Bilt has joined the Advisory Board of Beaureale Investments
Mr Roel van de Bilt has joined the Advisory Board of Beaureale Investments as of September 8, 2023. Roel has been working at the top of the banking sector for almost 30 years as a real estate banker and director. His knowledge and experience is a highly valued addition and complementary to Beaureale's Advisory Board.
Until April 1, 2023, Roel van de Bilt worked as a banker for almost 30 years, including 25 years on that day in various management positions at FGH Bank and in December 2016, after the merger, as director of Rabo Real Estate Finance.
He is an expert in the field of complex financing solutions for development, construction, real estate investments and alternative forms of financing, such as syndications and debt funds.
Roel has a clear vision on making real estate more sustainable and has contributed to various publications and opinion pieces on this theme.
In addition, Roel van de Bilt is a 'Fellow for Financial Risk Management' at the Amsterdam School of Real Estate and he has a supervisory directorship at the renowned real estate consultancy firm Brink.
As of September 1, Beaureale's Advisory Board consists of: Paul Hoen (chairman), Carlo Broeren and Roel van de Bilt.
