Beaureale Investments is a group of consulting, asset management and real estate transaction companies specializing in the hospitality real estate market, leisure and tourism, leisure and business hotels in France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany, among others.

Beaureale Investments is licensed (AIFMD) to structure and manage (real estate) funds and will soon start pre-registration of the BRI CP Eifel fund. The fund has an expected return of 6% to 7.5% annually. Participation is possible based on availability. 

Please note that participation in this fund currently is only possible for Dutch resident individuals and legal entities established in the Netherlands.
