In November 2022, the central facilities of Center Parcs Limburgse Peel were purchased by a subsidiary of InterEstate Holding BV, a Dutch family office.

The central facilities were leased long-term to Center Parcs, which operates the total park including the cottages. The cottages were sold to private investors including a renovation package.
