Acquisition of Center Parcs Park Eifel

In early 2022, Center Parcs Park Eifel was purchased by Dutch family office InterEstate Holding BV. The park was bought including an extensive renovation and renewal of the park by Center Parcs, which will rent and operate the park on a long-term basis after modernisation.

After the renovation, the park consists of 440 cottages (120 of which are completely newly built) and extensively renovated central facilities. Some of the cottages at the park have been sold to private investors and some are held by InterEstate Holding BV.
