Acquisition of Center Parcs Park Nordseeküste

In September 2019, the 78-room hotel and all central facilities of Center Parcs Nordseeküste were purchased through an investment fund from French investor Atream.

The 248 cottages and 97 apartments including a complete renovation were purchased by private investors.
