Beaureale establishes Advisory Board
Beaureale's corporate governance structure was strengthened on June 9, 2023 with the establishment of an independent Advisory Board. The Advisory Board has an important role and a weighty voice at Beaureale Administration B.V., including in reviewing new initiatives and advising on business operations. Any new fund, as well as collaborations, for example, will be submitted to the Advisory Board for assessment, review and comment before the plan is implemented. As initial members, Mr. Dr. Ir. P.J.J. (Paul) Hoen and Mr. Drs. C.P. (Carlo) Broeren RC QC CBM have been appointed by Beaureale's management.
Complementary expertise and qualities were sought in the composition of the members of the Advisory Board. The Advisory Board will advise the company's management, solicited and unsolicited, on strategic decisions, operations, policy and investment funds.
Paul Hoen
Paul Hoen is the chairman of the newly established Advisory Board. A graduate of TU Eindhoven (Ph.D.), Paul is a real estate expert and has extensive experience in various administrative positions. He started his career in 1985 at Bouwfonds Woningbouw. After positions at, among others, HBG, Amstelland Vastgoed and Johan Matser Projectontwikkeling, he returned to Bouwfonds in 2005 where he was director for more than 10 years, responsible for the Southern Netherlands region. Paul also completed the supervisory board training program at Nyenrode Business University.

Carlo Broeren
Carlo Broeren has extensive experience in various managerial and supervisory positions, both in business and in social organizations. He is a registered controller, a graduate of Nyenrode Business University and also a Registered Certified Board Member (CBM). He has extensive experience as Chief Financial Officer at various internationally operating companies. Carlo has a great affinity with the tourism industry and was CFO of Roompot Group from 2007 to 2014.
