Center Parcs De Eemhof and Nordseeküste sold to Atream
In September 2019, Beaureale advised French investment firm Atream in the successful acquisition of the hotel and the central facilities of the ‘3 birdies’ Center Parcs park Nordseeküste. Shortly after, Center Parcs park De Eemhof was also sold to this prominent French investor, after which the financing of the CAPEX plan was successfully completed.

In September 2019, Beaureale advised French investor Atream in the successful acquisition of the hotel and the central facilities of the ‘3 birdies’ Center Parcs park Nordseeküste. This recently renovated German park, situated at the North Sea coast, consists of 248 cottages, 97 apartments and a 78 room hotel. The acquisition also encompasses a soon to be realised expansion project for 42 cottages. For this park, the lessee entered into a new rental agreement with a 15 year duration and an extension option.

Shortly after, Center Parcs park De Eemhof was also sold to this prominent French investor, after which the financing of the CAPEX plan was successfully completed. Beaureale Investments was an important advisor to Atream for this operation. Center Parcs ‘De Eemhof’ is a renowned Dutch holiday park with a ‘5 birdies’ rating, the highest rating awarded by Center Parcs. This holiday village is one of the very first parks that opened back in 1980. Throughout its 40 years of existence, its performance remained exquisite. Center Parcs De Eemhof encompasses nearly 65 hectares and features 651 cottages, a 50 room hotel, 100 apartments in the marina and five boathouses.
